  Casey Griffin has over 30 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate industry. In 1993 Casey helped form, and became a principal in, the Formarc Company. At the Formarc Company Casey was responsible for providing strategic and tactical real estate services to Mark IV Industries, Inc. (NYSE). North American responsibilities included: all acquisition and disposition of corporate facilities; analysis of municipal incentives and financial alternatives; entitlement processing; development and construction management; negotiation of all contractual agreements (in coordination with counsel); hiring and management of brokers, consultants and property managers; coordination of environmental issues.

In 2000 Casey joined the Trammel Crow Company, where he provided consulting services to their largest multi-service accounts. With North American responsibility for the coordination of transactional activities, Casey led team members in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, the acquisition of new facilities, portfolio analysis and strategy development, and creation of policies and procedures related to the management and execution of real estate activities. While at Trammel Crow he initiated Trammell Crow's pursuit of the Master Developer role for the City of Tustin, in the City's redevelopment of the 1,600 acre MCAS Tustin.

Recognizing the need for real estate expertise in the retail automotive segment, in 2004 Casey formed Logan Asset Management. The first project for Logan Asset Management was the site acquisition, municipal incentive procurement, and development of Newport Lexus, in Newport Beach California.

Currently, Casey provides a full array of real estate related services to the retail automotive industry. His extensive experience helps provide the dealer with leadership in the coordination and implementation of all transactional, entitlement, development and remodeling projects. He analyzes manufacturer design and image guidelines, and provides budgetary solutions including municipal assistance.
